The private terrace is perfect for enjoying a morning coffee or evening drink. The courtyard and barbecue facilities are a great addition for those who enjoy outdoor dining. Plus, the free Wi-Fi and flat-screen TV are a nice touch for entertainment.

Personally, I found the tile/marble floor in the villa to be a bit cold and uncomfortable. However, some people might enjoy the sleek and modern look it adds to the room.

Espresso Machine: The espresso machine could use an upgrade. The plastic capsules and packaging were a bit disappointing.

If I were to ask for one improvement for a better vacation for senior people, it would be a bit more assistance from the children working there. While the staff was generally friendly, they could have been a bit more attentive to the specific needs of senior guests.

We especially appreciated the excellent WiFi and the convenience of private parking right next to the apartment entrance. it was a high standard accommodation in terms of design and quality, and we would highly recommend it to anyone wanting a wonderful base to explore the beautiful Ile de Re island.
